@cybot63 true the pshycological effect is there but still he is still a soldier and he will continue to kill as long as he is not dead cuz its his job

@hajisWORSTnightmare Maybe but one well placed shot in to the gun that the enemy is using will stop him and make him think this guy could have taken his head off. The gorkas in the english army would go out at night and kill a hole platoon except one guy and they would cut his shoe lasses just to let him now they didn't mis him.Would that make you think?

@cybot63 but even if they decide to pick up their injured buddy they will still come back and fight after they throw him off somewhere so it seems better to kill them and get the job done thantake 3 ppl out of the battle but then return later it solves future problems and a perfect example is like in somalia where the enemy was high on drugs and u could shoot them 6-7 times with a .223 and they would still be shooting at you so killing has its benefits..your own life can be prolonged

@hajisWORSTnightmare I guess if you use full metal jacket but i have seen those bullets blow-up just hitting a blade of grass coming out of a .243 The hole it would leave in the back of a human would be big enought to put your fist inside of it. I have put .243 cartiages throught half inch plate steal.

@hajisWORSTnightmare Not a good idea to using a .243 for army use because it would kill more then it would wound and the idea is to wound more then kill. It takes more personel to look after the wounded than it takes to bairre the dead.

@cybot63 yea the .243 is an all around good round it would make a pretty awesome round for an assault rifle...much better than the .223 lol

In Muskoka Canada we shoot black bear, white tail deer, and carabou with the .243 Caliber with no problem. It all depends on what reload you use and how go a shot you are.

@hajisWORSTnightmare The 30 Cal. Carbine is 110 grain FMJ and the 5.56 or .223 Cal is 55 grain FMJ
I use Dupont IMR4350 41.0 grains of powder with CCI magnum rifle primers and seairra 85 grain spitzer in Norma Casings in a Remington 742 Woodsmaster
