  • have u listened to the lyrics?

  • A Current Affair is beyond amazing.

I think out of everyone else, they have

inspired me the most to become closer to God. Which is saying a lot for me considering I've never been a religious person. I even got my first bible at one of their shows. Hahaha. :P

  • omg, that was awesome! XD

  • going 2 c u guys on tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm playing with these guys Tuesday and Wednesday!

  • Most of the screaming is just a repeat of what jordan is singing! As long as they have a way to praise God, they can do whatever they want to in their music! ACA rocks! Dont hate!

  • you guys are awesome! thanks for stickin up for ACA!

  • i wasn't going to say anything but i kind of feel this person should here from a member herself. God does not care how you choose to glorify his name as long as you do it. At the end of the song it says "i'd say that my son has finally broken his sinful ways. i've been blessed and now i'm a new man. jesus this is where i belong." if that does not glorify God then what does to you. i know it's sure not judging people. cuz in my book only the almighty can judge me.

  • I'm going to go to their show in a bit! Wooh!

  • Hi I'm a Christian too, but I love A Current Affair. I think lyrical content is way more important than the musical delivery of it. If you write a country song, run it through Splawn amps, add distortion, you get it t rock without changing it. The meaning does not change. "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet". If you cant hear the words check out "A Current Affair acoustic performance" from fretnumber7. Its like watching a praise & worship band.

Still, I love the sound as it is.

  • I agree. At least 95% of all the screaming is clearly repeating what the singer says or saying what the singer is singing at the same time.

Besides, a lot of bands with some of the most beautiful, God-centered lyrics out there have screamed at some point in their career: Fireflight, This Beutiful Republic, Red, The Wedding... Not to mention those who are full of screaming: Spoken, Haste the Day...

Its very sad that some people don't listen to music that has greatly impacted so many others.
