Love it!!!!! Congrats on doing the BC ( I resisted it at first to... just wore braids for a year until I had a huge afro! So I never had a TWA.. but I love your locs. I'm also thinking of getting sisterlocs.. but trying to find another job in corporate america is preventing me from doing it just yet :( ... Thanks for the inspiriation though!

Did you go to the salon and get your cut and color or did your sisterlock consultant do it? I am going to go half way..will do a mini big chop and get it cut leaving maybe an inch of relaxed ends and do the rest during summer..gotta work my way up lol..My Bday is in 2 weeks so will rock it then..do you have facebook and if so email it to me plz..my sisterlock pics are there

The first time, I went to my beautician that used to give me my perms. She's awesome. In my locktician's salon, there's a stylist that does perms, etc. and when I walked in for my tightening, I had to wait. That wait gave me the itch...so I walked into his room to see if he was busy. He wasn't, so it was on. I went and got it colored again, cut and then tightened by another locktician right there in the salon.

Ok..I am sooo jealous...you really did it..ok now I have to get my butt up and make the cut..hate giving up my pony but I know in the long run it will be so much better for me..I am coming up on 5 months now..how many months was it when u cut..maybe I still have a couple more to go lol..Your hair looks awesome...love it!!

Thank you!!! I locked in August...so I'm right at the 5 mos mark too! I know that feeling. I was itching and wouldn't have been satisfied til I cut it! Best decision EVER!!
