Dragon Age - Awakening Rogue DPS demostration

I still didn't figure out the golden dmg / attack speed ratio for the best DPS and I missed a +crit dmg helmet in the silverite mines, I'm sure that with alterations + a bard in the party the DPS would be much higher. This is just a demostration of how powerful a rogue can be :P

Not seen what happens when a 2handed spirit warrior uses onslaught on the same boss then? 5 hits, all hit faster than that for 250-400 (x2 when crit) dmg, then back to "normal" attack speed which with haste+beyond the veil+blood fury+precise striking adds up to max attack speed for a 2handed warrior, with 60% crit rate, ignore armor and with hex does around 200 normal hit and 400 - 700 when crit (normal hit dmg vary alot for some reason) will hit around 2 times a sec too...

@behemuth well it's like i said in the vid - the build was far from being perfect. Even more the proof of how ridiculously easy the Awakening module is :/

@ondrejs2 question how u get your runes for crit dmg and the dagger is from?

@chilwil07 whay you're looking for is Intensifying Rune, you can get it from the dwarven bartender in Crown and Lion Inn in Amaranthine as well as the Voice of Velvet dagger

I used to hit 300 of damage too with my archer rogue... then, ironically, I took an arrow in the knee.

lol, i used speed runes and cunning based. i raped the crap out of him with damage of 250. speed beats damage anytime ^^

You would of hit much harder if you had Tainted blade on.

My rogue, hits "only" for 240 (with momentum, shadow form,weak points and dueling), but it was kind of a child's play....even though it was nightmare....white mobs= hit, yellows = 2-3 hit, orange = 10-20 seconds...

I realy love dragon age...but theese cookie cutter builds are killing the game...maybe....I should try it without armor:D

as for the topic, Ive hit 2400 once with anderson! but mages are cheap.

My 2h elf once hit for 1000, non-crit, non-backstab, using berserker+precise striking+powerful swings+BTV (Beyong The Veil)
