P.S I think this was in the charts in 1969 when I was about a year old. I'm sure it was the early 70s my mum used to sing this to Gillian (sister).

Love this CLASSIC song so up lifting I say. I have twin sisters who are 3 and a half years older than I. My mum used to sing this to Gillian one of the twins when she, my other sister Katherine & I were kids I never forget, this was in the early 70s. Cheers!
