Delicious SEOUL Story Bulgogi Ecuadorian Style

Hi Our name are Layla and Sandra from Ecuador South America

Bulgogi also known Flame-grilled Beef
BULGOGI ECUADORIAN STYLE
Bulgogi Sauce:
mustard 2 tbsp
soy sauce ¼cup
minced garlic1 tbsp
sesame oil 2 tbsp
ground black pepper
INGREDIENTS
beef (for bulgogi) 500g,
shiitake mushrooms 50g, 1
1/2 of an onion
1/2 of leek
1/2 green sweet pepper
1/2 red sweet pepper
1/2 yellow sweet pepper
HOW TO PREPARE
1 Cut the beef and marine with bulgogi sauce.
2 Cut all the vegetables.
3. Boil the mushrooms in a pan
3 Stir frying the beef with all the vegetables don't forget mushrooms.
We serve Bulgogi with french fries and rice, but is also delicious serve with lettuce

We like Bulgogi is very easy to do and it is nutritious because it has beef that brings brand and vegetables that is good for health :D
