Fernando Poe Jr is Nanding and Charito Solis is Concha in Lea Productions TUNDO: ISLA PUTING BATO. Also starring Mary Walter, Vic Varrion, Omar Camar and Ingrid Salas as Gloria.
Nanding is a victim of unjust trial, was convicted and jailed. While completing his sentence he heard the news about his sister and mother being maltreated by a kingpin in Isla Puting Bato. He then decided to escape from jail.
Concha is also a victim of false promise that she will be given a good job but instead she became a victim of a prostitution syndicate, exploited and treated like slaves she decided to escape.
The two met in the middle of danger, talked about their pasts and plans while fleeing their pursuers and decided to part ways.
Nanding put the law on his own hands but he was not able to escape the authorities while Concha was not able to escape the urge to follow him to make sure that everything will be all right for him.

The second team up of the once rumored real life lovers. The first one was Sandata at Pangako way back in 1961 when both were younger and Charito Solis slimmer.
