Getting My Cartilage Pierced!

getting my ear pierced didnt really hurt until a little after. it only hurt for like an hour and doesnt hurt now. I was 14 I believe in this. And this is at the piercing pagoda at my local mall. I dont really care that i got it done with a gun. You all can tell me I was stupid for it, but whats done is done. I never had any problems. But I will consider doing a needle for my next one. So thanks.

Ugh i dread seeing people getting their cartilage pierced with a gun. I had my cartilage double pierced at claries--they never truly healed and I had them for 2 years.. I later learned my cartilage had shattered. I removed the piercings but I can no longer sleep on my left side because any type of pressure causes my ear pain, this is 5 years later. They need to make it illegal to pierce cartilage with a gun.. i'm glad yours turned out fine, but for majority of the people there are complications

I got mine done with a gun and cleaned it twice a day for about 9 months and during maybe the 7th or 8th month I noticed a bump on the back of my ear. It got infected bad and I still have it and I got the peircing done 16 months ago :/

ehhh,, thats nothin. I got a helix piercing on both ears with a gun. I took the earrings out on the same day bc of minor confusion but they turned out fine.

I got mine done same place (mall) and I haven had a single problem. My sister had hers done to, i did it for my 19th birthday wanted to since I was 16. As long as you take care of it should be fine. Don't know why people are so mean and rude to people.

I got my cartilage's pierced twice on each side and three on each side at the bottom :)

I pierced my own. Let me tell you never again...lol. I did it with a needle and I hate pain. Lol but I didn't wanna have someone else do it because I know my own pain. But I like it I did it about an hour ago and it's just hot

I've gotten all my pericings done with a gun... I have 6 on my ears... 3 each ear and I've had both of my cartilages done twice and it only hurts a little
