It's so upsetting to watch this.....Makes me feel so sad. Youy can clearly see that the man who held the jacket and eventually was shot had nothing really to do with this fighting. So sad.
From the moment I saw that man carrying the gun I knew that nothing good would come of it. If people are fighting this does not mean that a gun is needed to break up a fight...Crazy is what this is.

@PatrickAParish And according to the video, the person that was shot does look as though he's getting ready to reach for the pistol, POTENTIALLY to take it away and use against 'Weems'.

To be honest, I don't see where this video proves or disproves anything. The fight is held almost completely off camera except for the person that was shot with the pistol later, can be clearly seen to throwing a kick and/or punch prior to 'Weems' intervention, sorry but imo that appears to make him part of the fight. The other parties are apparently completely off camera, and could've been right around the corner ready to attack.
