The Biennale Passages cast a modern eye on the presence of the African dancing scene.
Contemporary Dance from the African continent will be presented in all its facets and can be experiences during these four days, from Nov 6 to 9 2008. The term "passages" describing a short stay explains the
idea of the Biennale best. Artists from all over
Africa and Europe come to DansArt to present
their cultural and artistic experience : Dancers, choreographers,
photographers as well as free-lance artists all
come here to present their creations to a wide
audience of professionals and amateurs from all
over Europe. The Biennal Passages will turn into
a positive stage in the artistic development of
its participants. It is a stopover to go on further
training and to establish contacts supporting
the realisation of future projects.
