how are the parks compared to windells and do they have a foam pit to skate into?

Okay, that vamp guy knows nothing about high cascade.
It's sick. You sleep in bunks with all of your fellow shredders. You interact with the pros on and off the hill. You roam around town and get snack and do basically whatver the hell you want.
It's dope, you have to go.
