This is the short teaser trailer for my senior thesis film "The Grave." The footage is not color corrected. I cut this before my DP color corrected the movie so the final version will look slightly different color-wise. The trailer is very short and simple, mainly because I am sick of those trailers where they try to trick you into liking the movie and are like "THIS SUMMER.. HE.. IS.. BACK!" Just stupid. So this is my anti-trailer to that dumb crap. The film is completed and available on DVD. It is a 15 minute mystery movie that takes place in 1849. Shot in Clarks Summit, PA and my campus in Long Island. The movie stars Rob Rudzinski, Richard Cutting, Tim Kail, Martin Pfefferkorn, and Alyssa Mollica. Please leave feedback, good or bad.

  • Nice quality. That one camera crane shot looks pretty sweet. Don't know who those older guys are but they photograph really well and creepy. Can never go wrong with wild eyed, bearded, folk. The only shot I don't think works so well is :33 just because it kind of looks very fan-filmy. Can't describe it any other way, you just don't see many shots like that in anything other than low budget movies, with drastic foreground/background components. Regardless, pretty sweet over all.
