Joëlle Huguenin's Performances at WJF 5

In 2008, Jason Garfield saw some videos on Youtube of Joëlle Huguenin. Jason contacted Joëlle and asked her if she was interested in attending WJF 5 to compete. Joëlle replied saying that she would like to, but couldn't afford to travel to Las Vegas all the way from Switzerland. A few months later, the WJF sent out an email update asking our fans and supporters to help by sponsoring a competitor. And a generous supporter named Cyan Banister responded within less than a day with an offer to sponsor a female competitor from overseas. Jason immediately contacted Joëlle and let her know that she could come to WJF 5 to compete for free with this competitor sponsorship. Joëlle accepted and this video contains her ball and club competition routines from WJF 5 as well as her artistic program that she performed during the first Battle for the WJF Presidency show.

Amazing talent, nice smooth unique styles, some of this stuff just kills me I don't know how she does it, aside from dropping a lot on higher numbered ball patterns, she is beast at clubs.

Being Swiss and seeing Joëlle juggle like this, I feel proud and a little ashamed too: Proud that the World's best female juggler is Swiss as well, and ashamed that hardly anybody in Switzerland seems to know her.
