baby... in vocal exercises, if you lower your jaw, you would not have those high notes... plus she is over opening her mouth and over doing the body gestures.. When Celine usually sings live she concentrates on her vocal chords, not on the body movement.. So please accept the fact that this is a lip-sync from her opening night version.
A live singer would take the smiley position for their cheeks and the effort is concentrated on the upper jaw not the lower one
