@mmace This was the first of many stereo videos I shot and attempted to edit. It's also the ONLY one that was uploaded in anaglyph. All the others use the YT3D player... have a look at my channel.

hi! nice video but L/R are vertically misaligned use some software like stereo movie maker to fix this.

@yuriythebest Everything in the 'alignment' of this video is done on purpose. The red /left 'eye' position is keyframed to change the inter-ocular depending on the shot at any given moment. Granted, it's sloppy, but it's also a very preliminary test.
There's nothing that stereomoviemaker can do that AE can't and smm is only made for windoze 'puters.
