@bfeyalcin No. Anakin was climbing there fast but never reached it because of the injuries inflicted on his by Obi-Wan on Mustafar. That stunted his potential greatly. Without the suit he was powerful of course, but Yoda and Mace were still above him and as you saw even the weaker Obi-Wan was able to defeat him. With the suit years later, he was about the same level as Yoda or Mace. Palpatine was still stronger than him though.
