@perfectionistana26 it doesnt matter what size your body is the recommended calories are still 2,000 a day that is what keeps your body functioning

@elibeth121 nope, some people don't need that many calories to stay healthy. My body only needs 1,500 because I'm small and I don't use that much energy through out the day. It's different for everybody.

@Yapiej nope that is way to little, you are causing your body to go into starvation mode and now your body is eating off itself.

get loads of fiber
eat less
cut out any animal products (hard fats! eew! go vegan!)
