  • @perfectionistana26 it doesnt matter what size your body is the recommended calories are still 2,000 a day that is what keeps your body functioning

  • @elibeth121 nope, some people don't need that many calories to stay healthy. My body only needs 1,500 because I'm small and I don't use that much energy through out the day. It's different for everybody.
