It looked like it was up high in the pelvis. My question is why oh why did the rider keep going because that last extended trot was really bad and obviously the horse was hurting.
His back doesn't move and as mentioned in your video, he drags his right hind. I'd check for a shifted pelvis or a fixed SI joint... or both. I wouldn't continue riding him until you have him evaluated, tbh. Saddle fit is never a bad idea, but I don't think that it's the root of the problem necessarily until you rule out the pelvis and SI joint. Rider wise, make sure that you don't post so high (I have that problem), but land softer and "over your knee". You fall back a bit out of balance.

Looks like he has tension in his stifle area, his is taking a shorter step with his inside right than his outside left

Definately looks higher up his leg rather than below his hock, possibly hamstring tension?

Problem is the rider and the saddle! Horse gets every time a bounce in his back
The horse will have back pain!
Advise: check the saddle, check the horse for back pain and for the rider please learn to ride in balance!
If you will ride my horse that way she will throw off

Something in me is saying hip or stifle in that back right. Looks like he's wearing the tip off of his toe.
