The footage of the skydiver was Joe Kittinger USAF, who dived from the edge of space, he is the first and only man to have broken the sound barrier without a craft and still holds the highest skydive record, during the dive the glove of his pressure suit was damaged, he simply tied it off with some string he had whilst continuing his decent. A true human hero.

Yeah holy crap man I just read all about him on wikipedia - he's one amazing human being. Not only did he do this dive (and others, setting a lot of world records) he was also a fighter-plane pilot in Vietnam, was captured for 11 months & tortured & still kept his military career after. He was also a jet-boat pilot when he was younger, what a life this guy has had!!

boards of canada gives me these rush of feelings i can't even describe. they make me jittery and nervous. fall me into a trance and i'm just depicting situations in and out of my head like thread from a sewing machine.

this band has the god given gift of phasing my inner soul into this outer feeling. i feel like my soul is penetrating through the clouds in this song
