real hip hop right here

I remember when I was in high school and one of my guys lent me this tape. I played the whole cassette over and over again. This is on my classic hip hop CDs to own list. Vocal skill, dope beats, The Cactus Cee D, you can't go wrong. Love the vocal samples of Rakim "Guide you at a triple stage darkness", from "I Ain't No Joke" and Chuck D's " Follow for now" from "Bring The Noise". The underlying track from BT Express "This House Is Smokin" is a great song.

If u don't know what triple darkness is u can't fully understand the lyrical genius of this album. Google it, read it, listen again...... Certified DOPE! Back to digging in the crates! Novacane 5000 B!

The cactus album is the most underrated rap album of all time. I agree with "TheOpiumDistric"...whatever the hell that means.

One of 3rd Bass's illest songs ever!!!!! They went in on this joint, and the video brought the song out even more... You can hear the 5 Percent Nation's influence throughout the lyrics.... Certified Dope!
