  • @jonmanch3st3r When I played football and did all the work outs I started at 280, then went up to 350 over summer. I loose fat but gain muscle. I don't lose weight like most people think. And yes I was eating way better at the time also. Oh well working out is the last thing on my mind right now.

  • @tom58c well your full body weight wouldnt be on the screws because you would most likely be doing the standing or layin pullups to start,by the time you could do a real pullup you would have lost alot of weight

  • Call me fat but I weigh 357lb so I would feel a bit sketchy with those little screws in the door lol.
