I agree completely - she had a fantastic competition going until the last rotation. She just didn't have the energy reserves to get through floor. The 89 nationals are also up on YT, and you can see the difference over the 1-2 months (?) from nationals to trials. She looked much better at worlds and had a great competition, but it was a temporary "remission."
The saddest part is watching this knowing it might have been the best time to intervene, before she was into the worst of her illness.

YOu can see the beginnings of the anorexia of Christie Henrich...the guant face, the lack of power, the thin ness of the neck on the profile. Kathy said she slimmed down, but you can tell she is just too weak to do this routine...

Its unfortunate that Jenny Ester had those breaks and fell off the world team but she could not master the triple twist, was a very weak vaulter and missed her speciality on bars. I know people rip Kim Kelly, but she earned her spot and was the better choice overall for the team
