I think I know the difference between a lib and con. A con sees someone with their pants down and doesn't mind being openly disgusted by it. A lib sees this and is also disgusted by it, but feels afraid of being not liked, getting mugged, being unpopular, so the lib claims out loud to not mind the sight of thuggy kids in the hopes that this will protect them should they ever find themselves in a rough neighborhood.
