A good, positive video. That advice is relevant in Australia too. Just a word of advice though, the video itself is very difficult to watch. The spinning icon on the right of the screen gave me a headache lol.
After a few minutes, I decided to just scroll down so I could Listen to it, rather than have to watch it.

The advice is made for Canadians, but prepaying a mortgage is good financial advice anywhere. The speaking is just WAY too slow :)

And obviously you've never heard of Canada. Look at a map. Once you find "United States of America", look above it. That's Canada.
Some pedants will want to point out the Smith Manoeuvre. Go right ahead.

This video is terrible, mortgage interest is 100% tax deductible. Obviously hes never heard of aquisition and home equity indebtedness.

Good? This is brilliant. Simple, but brilliant. Nothing most don't already know, but well-produced (if a little slow) and easy to follow for those who might be tempted by silly mortgage acceleration products.
