@TheBrentBrookbush Great post. When you speak about ankle dysfunctions, which ones are you referring to and how are they best addressed. Thanks

@TheBrentBrookbush Thank you! I sent you a message with a video showing what specifically makes my knee pop.

This is great stuff!

That was helpful. I'll try it!

Thank you Brent for explaining this so clearly. You are the best teacher I have ever seen. This video has made a huge impact. You are so kind for posting this.

That's pretty dang good!!!! Thank you sir!!!!! I mean it.

Yes, the shorts are a bit long in order to see the knee .... but good job otherwise :)

I know 1980's basketball shorts are not very fashionable, but why do presenters always try and demonstrate movement at the knee with subjects whose shorts cover the knee?
I have a popping on the inside of my right knee. A PT says I need to buy an otc knee brace and do some quad strengthening. Should I be doing squats or extensions if I feel a pop still?
I sort of feel a creaking in my knee when I start to squat and then as soon as I get to abot 90 degrees I feel and hear a pop. Any help (from anyone) would be appreciated!

@petejuggling Generally, as I mentioned in the video I get better results from addressing hip and ankle dysfunction. Try releasing your Lower-leg muscles, TFL, Vastus Lateralis, and Anterior Thigh. Stretching your hip flexors and Calves, and working on tibialis anterior, posterior tibialis, and gluteus medius activation. As I mention at the beginning of the video - VMO activation is just the icing on the cake. There are videos on the techniques I mentioned above on my channel.
