GA got PWNED by the floods then. Not Me, I'm beside a hill in an established neighborhood.
BUT even some neighbors got punked and had to run of this subdivision at that time.
No major flooding happened near Me!

My aunt lives in Atlanta. I hope all you people making fun get to live through something like this, either that or you are a 9 year old that needs to get off your mama's computer.

tried to comment - might be redundant here - but in all honesty comments about insurance and any attempt of humor at the expense of the people who suffered is really unnecessary under the circumstances. How these people in georgia must feel is horrific and they need support - not speculation about "all ya gotta do is be an arsonist". God bless everyone involved in this tragedy. $450,000 might replace the truck but the effort of the firefighters-priceless...true heros...I'm proud to know them.

the funny part of this is the fire went out when it hit the Water Line

The owner of the house is smart! He knew his house was gonna be fucked by the flood, so he prolly burnt it down to get the fire insurance payment! You dont really need flood insurance if you think about it.. just burn it down
Flooding cost Cobb County firefighters a truck.
The firefighters were called Monday to a burning home on Fire Oaks Court. The firefighters were trying to put out the blaze when, officials said, flood waters quickly rose, forcing firefighters to seek higher ground and flooding the truck.
None of the firefighters were hurt.
The truck, which was made by Pierce, was purchased in 2000 for $317,000. Officials said it will cost about $450,000 to replace the vehicle.
