I was program director at KVOC in 1978-1979 and Alice was far and away the best broadcast facility owner I ever worked for. I have a tremendous amount of respect and affection for her. We stayed in touch over the years, and it was always a delight to hear from her. I will miss her.

Sorry to hear of her passing. She was a genuine Original. My husband and I met and married when we both worked at KVOC, twenty-nine years ago. Alice worked so hard. She has earned her rest; may it be peaceful. KVOC and all those with whom we worked, esp. Alice, will always have a special place in our hearts.
