A full-length music-based documentary, this film follows the individual stories of Guerrilla Funk artists and delivers poignant introspection on the state of communities of color, the demise and corporatization of hip-hop culture, and the role that the media and major music conglomerates play in the continued exploitation and degradation of these communities and the art they create.
With accompanying soundtrack featuring new music from Paris, Kam, Public Enemy, T-KASH, Uno The Prophet and The Conscious Daughters, among others.
