Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa (1791-1837) is honoured as one of the most celebrated Sikh warriors. He was born in Gujranwala, Punjab. He served as the Commander-in-Chief of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's kingdom along the Indus frontier, which bordered the Kingdom of Kabul. He took the North West Frontier of the Sikh Kingdom across the river Indus, annexing a large portion of the Afghan Kingdom. At the time of his death, the western boundary of the Sikh Kingdom touched the foothills of the Hindu Kush mountains. After him, no further conquests were made in that direction...

  • @bharatmallba sikh histari changhi taran pado veer ji

  • Bharatmalba - This is a shining example of good morality and clean ethics. Listen to the story again. You have completely missed the point but I guess it is difficult for men of other religions to understand how a Sikh man is compelled to honour and respect not only they're own women but those to of they're enemies. Sikh women ARE equal to men. We're respected equally so our men have no problem affording the same courtsey to other women - question your own culural system not ours.

  • @soreno32 During this time, Hari Singh Nalwa sent to Maharaja Ranjeet Singh three letters, all of which were kept by the Dogras. They did not let the Maharaja know of them. Recent research has shown that the Afghans and Dogras connived to murder the General. This is evidenced by the fact that the person who shot Nalwa from very close range, was wearing a Sikh soldier’s uniform. He was never killed by any afghan they just love to make up aload of bullshit.

  • @soreno32 ahahahahaha, i love these stories that afghans make up to try and forget their fears, Hari Singh Nalwa died on account of wounds sustained in a cowardly afghan ambush.

  • @tokri3 But my dear the Sikhs have all become businessman.they don't wish to sacrifice , than how could they expect to make Khalistan? Nobody wish to die , but wish to be liberated. how funny.

  • . These Dogra brothers betrayed Hari Singh Nalwa during the war between Sikhs forces (Hari Singh NalwaTwo dogras brothers from Jammu originally non Sikhs, their name were Dhian Singh Dogra & Gulab Singh Dogra both Minister of Maharaja Ranjit Singh were helping Britisher secretly and getting money from them) & Afghans pathan, Dogras betrayed Sikh forces by supplying Grass & Grain instead of arm & ammunition during this crucial time of war.
