Octopods Octo-crunch mix has been blowing my mind lately and I thought it was high time to rock the sh*t out of it. :) Unfortunately my Flip turned off right before the climax of the last song even though I continued to jam completely obliviously for the next 10 minutes of the set. Ah well, sequel?

This question may have already been asked but I'm too lazy to scroll through the comments, but where did you learn to hoop? You're amazing and very inspiring to me. I'm just beginning to hoop. How do you do those stops when youre hooping around your arms? i can't seem to get it.
