As you can see with resolution of 1024x576, the UM1010T is pretty usable for web browsing and the resistive touchscreen is surprisingly responsive - it's nice to have a stylus but not essential for use.
how about drawing? hows the responsiveness with a stylus?

can I use it without the stand? Is the screen entirely precise, with fast response? So that I could use it photoshop with no delay with input?
