I was inspired to do this tutorial thanks to the Miss USA pageant that was on a few days ago! This seems to be the generic look of most of the contestants. Enjoy!

my hair is naturally straight. it wont hold curl with a curling iron, it holds curl in rollers for about 30 min then flops!! so i curl mine with a chi straightner!! you should try that sometime!!! :D
