It's Australia's premier one day bike ride and one of the most scenic sporting events this country has to offer. It may have been wet, it may have windy, but we didn't let you down. Today, the St Vincent's Hospital team pedaled our way into cycling history by joining the 25th anniversary Portfolio Partners MS Sydney to the Gong Bike Ride. Through your generous support we managed to raise over $1,600, placing us in the top 100 at 62! Many of you commented that you knew of someone struggling with this disease. We can confirm that the event managed to reach its target of $500,000, thanks to your support.

All I used was a Canon Compact Digital IXUS camera (most have movie recording functions).

Raise as much money as you can. Ride with a big smile on the day.

Hello guys, just asking how I can join the ride to the Gong. Been training about 80 to 135 kms per week since december and wondering if I can join you guys there.
Cheers!

Great video Paul. You captured all of the elements of that great day well. Congradulations in collecting your muffin from Loftus, its weird how most of us forget as we are dying to get to the Royal National Park. Doing the 90 km on a hybrid/mountain like yours is quite an achievement.
Did you get footage going into the first major decent out of Waterfall into the RNP? Did you shoot with one hand and ride with the other?
