  • Mindfulness or concentration alone is not unconditioned; even after jhana or samadhi there is still grasping which causes suffering. Nevertheless, intentional prescience is key to Buddhist practice.

  • the craving to go back to the state of nirvakalpasamadhi is terrible, i struggled with it for many years and first sinds 17 years now thru mindfulness only i experienced an eas a serenity thru daily life,yes there still is duality, but my inner terror is gone, and hé, i even feel joy in my heart.

    and my evrlasting,demanding, nagging search has come to an end, no separation ......
