Mutima gwange means "My heart". "mutima gwange naye vaku bantu bino ebintu bya lavu bikukabya" - She's basically speaking to her heart like its another person asking it(the heart) to stop falling in love because it always ends up getting hurt and whenever it(the heart) gets hurt, she hurts too. so she begs her heart to stop making the same mistakes.
