This is Curry Mee (that's the word they use here instead of noodle), better known in the southern parts (Johor) and Singapore. It's an entirely different dish from the one that is more popular among Malaysians, called Assam Laksa AKA Penang Laksa. (Check right panel, especially the one by Joykimmy.) The latter uses fish stock instead of chicken.

For Curry Mee you need bean curd, thick vermicelli (not yellow noodles), cockles (a must), etc.
