Lego NXT Quad Crawler

I had originally built a Power Functions Version but I had to use the Power Functions parts for another creation, so I incorporated NXT components into it.

Did each tred have it's own motor? and how many motors did you use?

it uses 2 motors with the tracks connected by gears

Actually i drove the Power Functions Version down the stairs slowly and it did very well.

just a tip... but you could spin one side forward and one side backward to make it turn faster
