Haha I volunteered in this guys Campaign. I do agree a lot of his views about homosexuals is somewhat backwards but I agree with him on everything else practically.

I'm fairly liberal, but it annoys me to think that some otherwise rational people who see this ad will go on to assume that ALL conservative politicians are this closed-minded.

Of course, if they were having the same competition between a man and a woman, I bet you wouldn't have a single objection. Hell, you'd probably cheer them on and try to sign up. *That's* the hypocrisy inherent when homophobes such as you try to weasel out of this by saying they don't care if people are gay, but they don't want gays to "broadcast" their lifestyle. If straight people get to do it, gay people should too. Anything less is discrimination.
