faz agora dez anos que o unico que teve coragem para se opor aos curruptos ladroes desses comunas tombou de arma na mao a lutar como fez durante 40 anos ao servico de Angola.you are gone but never forgotten r.i.p GRANDE JONAS
@wilsalvn u cant assume that he would do bad things,im sure he would do good things for the people,he didnt get to b president therefore we dont know, one thing is for sure he fought for democracy all his life and if he was all about robing the country blind ,y dindt he go to exyle with all the diamond money that he had?he wanted freedom in his beloved Angola,im also against violence but history repeats its self over and over again, what gets me sad is that so many people died in vain.sad
You seriously think Savimbi was actually anti-communist, all because he claimed he was?. He just wanted power, whatever he needed to say to get the support from the international community he would say it. He didn't give a damn about anything but getting power and robbing the country blind. He would have been just as corrupt as Dos Santos. I wouldn't be encouraging people to be violent just to remove Dos Santos from office. The country has been through enough violence.
@wilsalvn Savimbi was no garbage he was a freedom fighter,anti-comunist and against corruption ,and the war didnt end because of his death, it ended because nobody has the balls to opose that regime like he did thats why the war has ended.Eventually the people will rise up and violence will return ,the people r starving and Dos Santos will have what he deserves on the street for all to see.
Like I said numerous times Dos Santos is a peace of garbage like Savimbi. I do know the war ended as a result of Savimbi's death. It was a great thing that garbage Savimbi was gunned down. Now today Dos Santos still refuses to stop stealing, he has to go and also his duaghter who keeps track of all the money he steals. What I am afraid of, violence may erupt in order for him to be removed from power, he's just like Gbagbo. the country doesn't need more violence. I pray for Angola
@wilsalvn thats where u r so wrong the subject is dos Santos ,Savimbi is dead, atrocities?hdo u know what hapened to all those who oposed the mpla in 1975/76?quest for absolote power?ahh how many presidents Angola had after Agostinho Neto?Savimbi died 10 years ago ,whats the excuse now?where does that comunist's daugther gets the money to buy banks in Portugal?why is that the oficial Angolan flag is the mpla fllag that looks more like the old russian flag?dos Santos is the subject give me a break
@xaxa835 Oh god, the subject was Savimbi, not Dos Santos. That's the problem with people like you. Nothing justifies Savimbi starting up a war again in 1998. I have lashed out at Dos Santos also, but you want to ignore all the atrocities of Savimbi's quest for absolute power. He didn't get everything he wanted in 1994 so he starts up a war again in 1998. UNITA has no credibility thanks to Savimbi, that's why they can't win an election against a corrupt President.
Ele teria apenas roubar o país, roubando muito mais do que Dos Santos. Ele só queria o poder e não iria parar até que ele conseguiu. Graças a Deus o matou o homem louco.
A sick man who destroyed the country to the point of making his enemies more popular. Savimbi lost all credibility killing so many people and destroying the country. As a result UNITA doesn't have a chance in hell of getting elected any time soon thanks to Savimbi.
