Ticketmaster can suck it!

There are few things in this world that I can honestly and truly say "I hate" and Ticketmaster is one of them! Just find out what happened whilst trying to obtain Lady Gaga tickets for her Chicago '10 show.

@Semtane You know, you're absolutely correct...but it's not just Gaga it's EVERY artist that is "represented" by Ticketmaster! It sort of makes me hate going to see a show when I know I'm gonna get screwed just buying the tickets.

Another thing about Ticketmaster is that for a lot of shows, especially the expensive ones, I'm like: "I already payed a lot of money just for the tickets, so why should I pay more money on things like service charges?"

I agree. Fortunately for me, I found another website where I can buy concert tickets for most bands/artists, but I would need a Rogers cellphone. It's only for shows in Canada. But I would love to see a cell phone company selling exclusive concert tickets for the U.S. One of the biggest benefits is that I don't pay the service charges. I've gone to several shows already and even saw a free Coldplay concert this year. I'm from Toronto, by the way.

I bought 2nd row seats to Jason Aldean in Little Rock, Arkansas from Ticketmaster and was soooo excited... A month passes by, and no tickets. I call Ticketmaster and tell em what's up and they say, "We're sorry, but those ticket purchases for your card never showed up." We argued for a while and there was NOTHING I could do to get my money back so I was stuck paying for 300 dollars worth of 2ND ROW tickets to a show I really wanted to go to and couldn't even go because of those fuckheads.. Smh..

I agree. I have never paid retail price for a ticket on ticketmaster. I just tried iheartradio. I was right on time too... I'm sure I won't have any problems finding them on resellers websites for $400, $800, $1500, etc...

file a complaint with your state attorney that ticketmaster giving all their good tickets to their sister compaies: ticketnow, livenation, and who knows of others.

Hello, I know that this video is a year old, but I'm going to comment to it anyway. While ticketmaster does sell the tickets, it's actually the venue that is in charge of when tickets are released, one what dates they're released, and where those seats are located in the venue. When tickets are released on presale, those tickets are open for anyone to grab. Purchasing tickets on the internet can be frustrating, but you can always call and our sales reps can get you more specific tickets.
