MONSTROUS E.P.K.

MONSTROUS is three brothers from Rhode Island: Led (guitar & vocals), Ken (bass & vocals) and Alex Gethway (drums & vocals). Sons of a Chilean opera singer & a guitarist/songwriter, they taught themselves to play several instruments each & started writing & playing songs before they were teenagers.

They eventually recorded a CD on their own, bought an old white candy truck & took off on the road to tour the US & Canada. To pay for gas, they would pull into rest stops & gas stations along the highway & sell their CD to whomever they could get to listen to it. They spent almost 4 years living in the candy truck, playing gigs around the country & writing songs & have sold more than 2,000 CDs on their own at gigs & gas stations around the country.

MONSTROUS released their first studio album, Mother Nature's Slaves, in September 2006 on Howler Records.
