A special gift to all, especially my new friends in India.
In 1631, Indias, Prince Khurram, lost his Princess Mumtaz, the love of his life. In his grief and despair, the Emperor had the finest craftsman in the land create a tribute to his lost Princess. The task that would take more than 22 years to complete would become, The extraordiary Taj Mahal.

Emperor Shah Jahan made this for his beloved Empress Mumtaz, didn't he? Why does the introduction say it was a prince who made it for his princess?
