Walkera MX400 Quadcopter Flight Review

Here is the long awaited flight review of Walkera MX400 UFO / Quadcopter. Its very stable when it comes to flight, behavior and control response but sadly is not able to carry anything as heavy as GoPro HD. That leaves it into toys or playful category only with say some small light weight cameras for fun. But again, it's a good UFO to have fun with and for night flights. Or maybe with ultra light FPV system some FPV. Enjoy the video. That's.. That's just pathetic. Even an AR.Drone can carry a GoPro camera without too much trouble and it uses a bunch of tiny in-runners.

@FuttFel had a flight today with GoPro on board. it handles it very well. Previously in this video one of the motors was binding and that is why it did not generate much lift to carry goPro. I have added Correction Annotations. I will post new videos with gopro onboard this quad soon

ali, love all the vids. I've been messing with my e-flite blade rc heli's for about a year now and am constantly repairing the things. I'm not giving up no matter what and really enjoy your heli vids but can only find the first... can you help?

I in my MX400 sony HD camera mount a boogy of 137gr. + + Fpv​osd system and takes no problems quad is practically negligible weight of the entire system.

Watching an open box review right now from back in december. I do like that it comes in a nice box for easy transportation and whatnot. I suppose it could be a nice beginner RTF system.

@alishanmao Even so, is there any reason to go for this over many other quads today? Prices have dropped by quite a lot recently. I'm sure you can buy something that can carry a kilo or more for less than 400-500 usd now.

@xhelicopter Gonna shoot a new one with GOPro Mounted Under the quad. above the quad all it shoots are propellers in the view. weather seems to be forgiving today LOL and Stadium area is just greener now to shoot some aerial footage of AliShanMao Sky Walking the MX400 like a skydog heheheh gonna get the footage today. batteries are charged :D and yes gonna do FPV on T580P+ :D hope i do not drop it in river as I plan to get some close call footage
