@Repeatx Basic biology classes teaches you about anti-oxidants, which are found in foods like blueberry's.
Online article, "Epidemiologic observations show lower cancer rates in people whose diets are rich in fruits and vegetables. This has lead to the theory that these diets contain substances, possibly antioxidants, which protect against the development of cancer."
^Epidemiologists are strictly about numbers, data shows that possibly by eating antioxidants a lesser incidence of cancer.

Hey, I just wanted to say that I've had great success with NS, losing 30 pounds in 3 months! Something a lot of people don't know about is their "Buddy Bucks" promotion. It's an easy $30 off of your first order! Just email me at whuzzle1@gmail.com and I'll send you a coupon code that will help both of us!
Make sure you send the email from the same email you're using for NS or it won't work!

I bought Nutrisystem, and was astonished as to how much I had to buy! I thought everything would arrive, I could hole up in my house, and NEVER have to go to the grocery store. No, Nutrisystem was only 50% of my food, I had to purchase an additional 50% of food....

I just canceled Nutrisystem after 2 years... Did NOTHING for me! I combined it with all my supplements as I own a wellness company. I've added tons of muscle (also working out with Power Plate) .. but, after full evaluation- Nutrisystem is the WORST diet you can possibly implement into your weight loss strategy.

you're cute!

I started Nutrisystem 3 days ago. I am sticking to it, but one thing that people should know is that the food tastes really really bad. Especially the soups that have close to 700mg of sodium and so they taste very salty.
Yeah this is partial nonsense. 'Impurities and toxins' are about the biggest health food myth of all time. A. The FDA and EPA regulates ridiculously every additive and preservative put in food sold in the US. B. There is no such thing as 'detoxing' your body. Your body does not store 'toxins'. Basic biology classes are a plus before posting to mass media.
