Keane - Can't Stop Now - piano + voice

This is one of my favorite song from Keane, so I really wanted to give it a try, but I couldn't get the piano part right (the rhythm is a bit complex). Consequently, I decided to record each hand separately, and to merge the audio tracks. Here's the result.
You may have noticed that Tom Chaplin, the singer, has an extraordinary voice. The high-pitched parts aren't easy, but I did my best...

Il est vrai qu'essayer de jouer les mains ensemble + chanter c'est un peu galère. Ce que tu fais est plus facile mais n'enlève rien à la beauté de la chose, bravo.

@Sliwaaa oui, j'ai été un peu fainéant sur ce coup là... Mais il y a aussi des morceaux que j'ai joués et chantés en même temps, quand même ! (Somewhere only we know, de Keane aussi, par exemple)

Et là, il y a de la recherche dans le spilt des images. Une question : tu as placé le chant en visionnant le montage vidéo main droite + main gauche ?

Belle interprétation d'une chanson pas facile, doublée d'une qualité sonore piano-voix excellente.

@beersofthe j'ai d'abord enregistré les 2 parties piano, puis je les ai un peu travaillées avec Garage Band. Lorsque j'ai été (à peu près) satisfait par la piste sonore, j'ai enregistré la voix avec le micro intégré de l'ordi (un genre de karaoké , quoi...). C'est à ce moment-là que je peux "profiter", lorsque la musique est dans la boîte et qu'il ne reste plus qu'à chanter (même si j'ai dû faire pas mal de prises pour avoir qqch de potable dans les aigus).

@beersofthe Ensuite, j'utilise iMovie pour le montage vidéo. J'importe le morceau, puis je découpe (et duplique) les enregistrements vidéos pour qu'ils collent avec la musique.

@gifgifgifgifgifgif hmoui, je l'ai vue, mais du coup, t'as pas pu te concentrer assez sur le chant comme tu disais. Avec plus d'entrainement, je suis sûre que ça devrait être faisable pour toi.
