Veteran activist David Mixner talks with the Bilerico Project about the origins of the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. Mixner, the openly gay face of President Bill Clinton's 1992 campaign, was arrested in front of the White House after the Clinton administration announced the DADT policy on July 19, 1993.
