Eggs Benedict Recipe from SimpleFoodie.com. The extra special breakfast dish. Four layers of goodness from the crunchiness of the English muffin, the salty sweetness of Canadian bacon, the fluffiness of a poached egg, and the creamy richness of the hollandaise sauce. If you're looking for a special breakfast for that special someone this is it.

  • @CoachAsmono canadian bacon comes from like the rib area of the pig and regular ham is from the leg shank or whatever.

  • why is ham always called Canadian Bacon?

  • Also! Toast some english muffins, make over easy eggs, slices of cheese, and ham, canadian bacon, etc. BACON :D What ever meat you like... Put ham on the english muffin, then put the over easy egg on the ham, then put cheese, then the other side of the english muffin... Let the cheese melt for like 50 seconds. THEN EAT IT:D And love it:3 Pleas try:D

  • : ( no entendí que es la salsa que puso al final alguien me podría decir? Esta genial esta receta gracias ; )

  • @rodney007xx it's gorgeous! You should try it. Awesome breakfast, you can buy the Hollandaise sauce just make sure you buy a good one. Or if your feeling adventurous make it yourself. You also need good eggs. You won't be disappointed.

  • He forgot to stir the water before dropping in the egg... He forgot the tomato traditional chive and tomato garnish. Everything else was right.

  • Thats not Canadian bacon, thats just slices of HAM
