Some additions have been made to the schools version, which otherwise is the same as the original "Age of Our World Made easy." The video now runs to 11 minutes, and incorporates material from my video "Carbon Dating Doesn't Work -- Debunked" on the Potholer54debunks channel. And, of course, religious references have been expunged.

  • Carbon dating DOESN't work...you assume too much my friend. For instance you assume the earth and/or carbon is decaying at a constant rate, but what if it's not constant...what if the continental drift was not constant but one dramatic geological event? And what if you're wrong about the half-life of carbon? I haven't met any 5,000-year-old scientists have you? So it doesn't work on Marine Animals but only on land carbon......any other special exemptions?

  • @PastorWayneH =Carbon dating DOESN't work....= Oh, well then I'm convinced. On the other hand, it's been tested against objects of known age and it accurately dates them. Take a look at my video =Carbon dating doesn't work -- debunked."

  • @PastorWayneH Be willing to get an education and get over it. You are living in the cave of ignorance and stupidity unless you do and making a fool of yourself and Christians.

  • @PastorWayneH As you are not willing to do your own research in scientific literature, we respect your decision, but still it is based on ignorance.

  • You left a few facts out there. Like the fact the dates are cherry picked according to the theory, and the fact the C14 in the atmosphere hasn't reached equilibrium.

  • Forgive me but I'm not willing to accept the 5700 year carbon dating assumption "on faith." I'm sure you can respect that.

  • All the worlds scientists are wrong

    Cave men are correct

Still killing people for the cave men

I would rather believe the scientists than the barbaric religion cavemen.

  • @BrianBartholin maybe the resin just had less c14 than c12 in it, a lot less, to begin with. With something like shellac, that makes sense. It doesn't receive c14 from the air like plants or animals do.

  • @PastorWayneH you DON'T have to assume those things because carbon dating has been tested to work. Also I'm sure they didn't just make up 5700 years off the top of their heads.
