The Snorlax and Kecleon apps are easy to get. Go to Pal Park, inside there should be a girl. Show her a Snorlax first and she'll give you the Snorlax (KITCHEN TIMER) app. Then go out and back in and show her a Kecleon. She'll give you the Kecleon (COLOR CHANGER) app.
But I want to know where to get those last 3.
