PSPscene - Warriors Orochi - Sony PSP

This video shows a psp slim running "Warriors Orochi " via a FS monitor for video output.

A mediocre button bashing, hack n slash fighter with a small tactical element.

Do you fancy fighting your way through wave after wave of enemies? well warriors Orochi reminds me of that Monkey TV program that appeared on BBC 2 when i was a kid.

The graphics are fair, with the main characters moves looking rather good but the landscapes are very dull and lack any detail.

Sound effects are pretty ordinary, with pretty much what you'd expect from this type of game.

The gameplay is rather simple with lots of button bashing as you try and conquor each location and eradicate the enemy from the map.
Special powers for each character can be activated, these help you thrash through enemy waves with ease.
The usual power ups and level ups for your character can be found on the battlefields.

A rather bland strategic hack n slash affair, that may sparkle initially but soon becomes tiresome.

News flash EVERY game is repeptive,they're built around repetition so it's a very hyporcritical statement when reviewers single out the dynasty warriors games for having a very accessable scheme.
